Our Process

Digital Marketing Services

Using the information from your initial inquiry, we’ll take a look at your website’s current performance and provide you with a free-of-charge, no obligation site audit. Then we’ll get together  – face-to-face, over a cuppa! – to discuss your marketing needs, budget and what you want to achieve. This will enable us to put together a solution and proposal for you.


Setting things up

Once we’ve agreed the scope of the proposal to meet your sales and marketing goals, we can set up a plan for delivery. We’ll do an in-depth audit of your website and/or social media and email campaigns and develop a step-by-step strategy to reach your goals, agree appropriate metrics and KPIs to measure success and set up reporting processes.



We’ll get on with implementing the steps of your marketing strategy. As part of this process, you’ll receive weekly updates of which tasks we’ve been working on and why. We’ll also provide monthly reports (or end-of-project reports for shorter term projects) showing how things are progressing towards your goals.

We don’t want you to wonder what we’re doing – we aim to be clear and transparent about all our work, and we’re always here for a chat if you want more clarity about what’s going on.


Keeping on Track

Part of making digital marketing effective is to reflect on how tactics have worked and adapt accordingly. At the end of each campaign, project or quarter – whatever’s most appropriate for our work with you – we’ll produce an overview report on which aspects of marketing resonated the most with your audience, which can be used to inform your marketing going forward, making it even more effective.
